About Pearl Chen

Currently a third year Image Arts: New Media student at Ryerson University, Pearl Chen is concerned with the development of sustainable communities and wishes to explore the impact of the networked conscious on society.

She likes to build things whether it's with glue and found objects, bits of programming code, images, or the English language. She also likes to take things apart.

In a year or so, Pearl will have a fantastic Bachelor of Fine Arts for all her efforts but will refuse to call herself an artist.
